There are just two problems:  the distance between them is 9000 km; and most importantly, Hector is already in a relationship with another woman.

As if that wasn’t enough to cause problems, Hector soon has another secret to expose: he is soon getting married. As Cecilie cuts all ties and desperately tries to move on with her life in Norway, Hector is leading an unhappy life with his new wife in Mexico. With both of them being miserable, can either one find the courage to contact the other one again? Is it even a wise decision to do that? And, with the distance between them, can it actually happen?

The Distance is a bittersweet¬† love story of two people who have found their soul mate in each other’s face. In the end, you can’t help but cheer for them to find a way to be together.

The Distance was an interesting, sweet romantic story. The plot was amusing and well constructed. This is an ideal quick read, especially as a summer read! Definitely recommended for fans of romance stories!
